My approach blends the best of both worlds: relaxed, beautifully posed family portraits and genuine candid moments full of personality. Clean captures, warm memories and real connections against Tokyo's stunning backdrop.

Family Photoshoot Questions
How many people can join a family session?
Classic and Premium sessions include up to 3 people, and Essential includes up to 2. Each extra person is JPY 5,000.
Can we book a kimono family photoshoot?
Yes. Kimono sessions are included in every family package. I'll share a list of trusted kimono rental shops for women, men and children that you can contact directly. Rentals often include hairstyling, a bag and geta (traditional wooden sandals).
What should we wear?
I'll guide you on colour tones that complement the surroundings and the feel of your shoot. It's best to avoid all black or very dark outfits, as they can feel heavy on camera. Brighter, harmonious colours look cheerful and photogenic, and coordinating outfits creates a beautifully cohesive look.

Where can we have our family photoshoot?
Asakusa, Shinjuku Gyoen, Harajuku, Shibuya and Odaiba in Tokyo, and Mt. Fuji beyond it. I'll recommend the locations that suit your family during our consultation. A travel fee may apply for locations outside the main coverage area, confirmed in advance.
What if the weather is not good?
In light drizzle we usually continue. In heavy rain I'll do my best to reschedule and find a new date and time that works, based on my availability.
When will we receive our photos?
You will receive a link to your fully edited private online gallery within 15 business days.
Do you speak English?
Yes, fully. All communication, from first enquiry to the delivery of your gallery, is in English.
